Accelerated Physics

Prerequisite:  Satisfactory completion of Trigonometry.  Completion of Physics is helpful but not required.
Accelerated Physics is a semester long course preparing the student for the Advanced Placement Physics B course.  The content will include; Linear motion in one and two dimensions; Gravitational, electrostactic, and contact forces and fields; Energy and momentum; Fluids: Charge conservation and simple circuits; Wave motion; and Thermodynamics.  Significant emphasis will be placed on interpretation of laboratory data.
