Hotel and Operations and Sales

This course focuses on the operations of front offices of hotels, housekeeping, facilities, food and beverage service, and resort operations. Students learn the guidelines and skills in the Guest Service gold curriculum to prepare for the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) certification. Students then participate in the Skills Training programs and prepare for certifications in Certified Front Desk Representative (CFDR), Certified Restaurant Server (CRS), Certified Maintenance Employee (CMS), and Certified Guestroom Attendant (CGA). After participating in these training courses and after completing the necessary workplace requirements, students will be approved for the professional certifications.
