Human Anatomy and Physiology

This course offers an introduction to the structure and function of the human body, including cellular biology and histology. Systematic study involves homeostatic mechanisms of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems, including special senses. Laboratory study encompasses gross and microscopic anatomy of these systems, with dissection and selected experiments in physiology. If this course is take as part of a CTE pathway, it cannot be used as a science credit.
