Admission Requirements:
  • A combined Simple and Technical GPA of 3.25
  • Maintain 94% attendance
  • No Disciplinary referrals
  • Nomination by Instructor
  • Member of a Career & Technical student organization
  • Enrolled in the 2nd class of your program

SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers, and industry representatives working together to ensure America has a skilled work force. SkillsUSA provides quality education experiences for students in leadership, teamwork, citizenship, and character development. It builds and reinforces self-confidence, work attitudes, and communication skills. It emphasizes total quality at work, high ethical standards, superior work skills, life-long education, and pride in the dignity of work. SkillsUSA also promotes involvement in community service.

Project Lead The Way (PLTW) is the nation’s leading provider of STEM programs. Our world-class curriculum and high-quality teacher professional development model, combined with an engaged network of educators and corporate and community partners, help students develop the skills necessary to succeed in our global economy.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we deliver PLTW programs to more than 5,000 elementary, middle, and high schools in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
